Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 12:00.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival; after that, the first night is charged (fictional policy). For example, for a 1 November arrival you may cancel free of charge until 15:00 on 29 October; later cancellations or no-shows are charged one night.

Pets

Pets are allowed in two room types (fictional demo values): Courtyard Villa — small dogs and cats, pet fee CNY 300 per stay; Tea Ceremony Suite — small dogs only, extra cleaning fee CNY 300 per stay. No pets in the Bamboo View King. Please declare pets in your inquiry. Please tick “travelling with a pet” in your inquiry.

• Courtyard Villa: small dogs and cats — pet fee CNY 300 per stay.
• Bamboo View King: no pets.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included for all guests. Vegetarian temple-style options daily.

Privacy

Demo only: inquiries are deleted after 30 days and never used for marketing email.
